I brought my 87 Trans Am GTA to Jeff for a brake fluid change, however, when the car was brought into a bay, fuel was noticeably leaking onto the engine. Had I not been at the shop things might have turned out much differently. Jeff and his team took care of my car and kept me informed as progress was made. I usually do my own work, because I don't trust most mechanics with my vehicles, but I believe I can trust Jeff and his team. Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Persnickety, snobbish, rude, and unprofessional. Dropped off my 1994 Subaru for service. Four days later I got message on phone that they had been trying to reach me, and to call them. I had no voice mails from them. When I called they said the car was "too old to work on". The issue was a straightforward simple transmission fluid leak and it needed a tune up. So, this outfit touts being a premier auto service provided since 1976. But, they won't work on a 1994? When I picked up my vehicle, Jeff told me that the car simply looked in rough condition, not worth working on. Well folks, it does look rough, but it only has 110,000 miles on it and runs great when tuned. I took it to Advanced Auto in Rogers. Jesus, took the car no problem and stated that some auto repair shops didn't like to work on older cars because it took longer to fix, as there isn't a sophisticated computer system to tell you what to do.
