Jackson and Matt were awesome to work with. They were the only shop in town that wanted to remove the bumper and truly evaluate what repairs were needed, so all the parts could be ordered. Great communication, repairs and the car was so clean when I got it back. Definitely recommend!
Matt and the team from Auto Appearance Group are wonderful! I had my Ford Edge in for hail damage about a month ago and not only did the work turn out great but the customer service was top notch. While I hope to not need their services again, I do know that if I do, I will absolutely go back. Thanks for everything!
Following an accident, they fixed my car and delivered it to me, before the other shops said they could even get to it. They knew I was visiting from Iowa and got to it quickly. They detailed it and it’s the cleanest it’s been since I bought it 4 years ago! So far, seems like everything, including sensors are all working. Very happy, but have only driven it around the block, but I don’t anticipate any problems. Highly recommend!
