This guy is no cheaper than Dealership and just a much a crook. If you have parts already he wants you to buy new ones so he can up charge you for them. You can get that treatment at a professional dealership for same price and they warranty the work Far better alternatives in NWA than this place, trying represent a small community shop but really just about billing you out of all your money. Jim was very kind and honest. They were upfront on the cost and had a next day appt. They explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle and pointed out some odd things as it was a used car. I also appreciated not being talked down to on my services as I have been at other shops in the area. They even did a small drain cleaning in the sunroof for me without charge.
