A-1 Transmissions

Highly unsatisfied with the work that work done to my dodge. They kept my truck for 30 days called me multiple times to come pick up my dodge and it wasn’t ready. After they finally got the transmission part right I bought it home had to redo my own vacuum lines to get my a/c working. I have to rock my truck back and forth to get it out of park, something isn’t right in the linkage but I can’t send it back to the shop for them to kidnap my work truck from me for another month. I will never use or recommend them to anyone and I tell everyone about the work they’ve done as I am having to rock a lift dodge ram with big tires back and forth to get it to go into gear.

Thank you A-1 Transmission. Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to provide finance options through a couple different companies. Transmissions are not cheap, so I was really happy they were able to provide me with these options. They also gave you an estimate and options for what I needed and the different cost and they allowed me to determine how much I was willing to spend. Thank you again!

If you’re looking for some fast service. I highly recommend these people. Tara was really friendly and welcoming. Joe and Richie were actually really good on explaining things. Good service and friendly people.
