I would have given 0 Stars. They are thieves. They hold you car for days only to attempt to overcharge/take advantage of you. I will never go back and will strongly encourage all of my veteran friends to never go there.
Awful place to take your car. Car was running hot. They quoted me 5,000 to fix . GMC only charge 2300. They also charged me over 300.00 to pick up my car so I can get it fix somewhere else. I will not be back. They also held my car over the weekend when I was trying to pick it up. I called and they left early. You will think they would did a courtesy call to let me know this ..
I got my alternator replaced there. About 2-3 weeks later, the alternator stopped working and they replaced it again. Fast forward to 16 months later, the 2nd replacement alternator went bad! When I called Kittle’s, they told me the part only had a 1yr warranty. So, I took my car to a new shop closer to home. The new shop thought it seemed unusual for the part to only have a 1yr warranty so they called Kittle’s to ask where it was purchased from. Kittle’s told them O’Reily’s but O’Reily’s had no evidence of an alternator purchase during the month they replaced mine in. I called Kittle’s back to get more specifics, and they couldn’t tell me the exact store it was purchased from, nor could they provide an invoice. By that point, I was almost sure I’d been duped. In an attempt to cover their tracks (I feel), they called me back to say that the part actually IS still under warranty (BUT can ONLY be replaced at their shop) and that I’d be charged labor. By that time, my new shop had ordered
