Similar experience to other reviews of the new ownership. Had a 911 on their lot for 4 months, finally said it was a starter, so replaced the starter for $1700, and the problem was not fixed. They had no idea what was going on. Had it towed over to Perfection Plus and they were able to diagnose right away. On top of that, there is at least 1 guy that answers the phone in the afternoon that is not even polite. Update…The starter and harness did not fix then non-start issue. Some folks may call charging for work that didn’t fix the problem theft. I found out after the fact that a quote from another reputable mechanic to replace starter and harness was $900. During the months this car was at your place I asked for a quote for pads and rotors on and Audi and got a price higher than the dealer. If the price was just under $1400, not $1700, my apologies. Quality I highly recommend this shop! My daughter is attending UALR and her 2010 Audi needed work throughout her time time in Little Rock. We live in Texas and unfortunately could not run to her rescue. We were referred to O'Hara's and I am glad that we were. While I have not personally met anyone there I feel like we are family. They made sure to make my daughter and us feel comfortable and communicated with all of us so that we could make informed decisions. They understood that our daughter was there alone and needed reliable assistance. They even offered her a loaner car when more major work needed to be done and she had to travel for school. The service that they provided was of high quality. The service Manager and Owner are top-notch and honest. They never rushed us or made us feel like we were wasting their time with this older car.
