The owner is one of the most classy and nice people I've ever met. Shows that he cares deeply about your vehicle, and wants to solve the problems you bring to him just so you can stop stressing about it. Takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you understand completely what's going on. His pricing is more than fair. As long as this place is open, they will be getting my family's business on all of our vehicles.

I could not recommend Total Automotive/ Steve more. I did not want to go to a big dealership and asked around at work where to go and everyone said Total Automotive. Steve was wonderful to work with and did not take me for a ride. He has been beyond honest on what my car needs and has not been pressuring on what needs to be done/ fixed. Great to work with. Very knowledgeable and fair. Took my truck in. They discovered the issue and did the research to find out it was covered by my warranty. They let me know that I needed it to be repaired at the dealership. They didn't even charge me! Great customer service
