Wouldn't give a rate quote and then attempted to bill me $500 for a simple extraction off a high-point/high-center of a box truck that took 15 minutes to do. Owner is self-absorbed and only wants to make money off of people stuck in a desperate situation.

My niece's car broke down on the side of the highway and was towed by the state police before we could get a reputable towing company to have the car towed to a repair shop. So when we went to pick up her vehicle we were treated HORRIBLY. We were told that we couldn't pay with a card, only cash even though the credit card machine was right there on the counter. When we asked why this was the case they could offer us no reasonable explanation; only that "this was how they did things." So we had to go to an ATM to get cash. When we returned to get the car, they were closed. The person behind the counter failed to tell us that they were closing before we left the shop even though we told them that we were headed to an ATM and would be right back to pay for the car. So we had to return the next day. This turned a $245.00 nightmare into a $311.00 nightmare. (The definition of a scam.)
