Fast, friendly, and fair. Firestone is great and the Cantrell location is my personal favorite. They took time to go over options and answer all of my questions.

I dropped my vehicle off to have a tire looked at and repaired and was left in their possession for a day. Upon retrieving my vehicle, come to find that the wrong tire had been serviced therefore having to take it back and finding that there was a miscommunication on which tire was to be serviced in the first place, regardless of clarifying which tire it was the day it was dropped off. Not to mention, that a rotation and alignment were needed, of which I wasn’t notified until the second day when dropped off for the original mistake. Why wasn’t I made aware of these issues the day it was in their possession the first time? They contacted me throughout the day that I was there in office with updates, but not the day that the vehicle was in their possession. Which could’ve been beneficial to not have had this issue in the first place.

Most recent horrible experience here. Bought tires here. Needed one plugged and tires rotated. Made online appointment. Says they will call you if the appointment cannot be serviced. Didn’t call. Showed up. Closing early. Any apologies for my time? Nope. Any apologies for not reading the appointment cue and making a simple phone call that you are understaffed? Nope. Any offer to reschedule your appointment? Nope. Anything that resembles good customer service? Absolutely not. Do not go here. It’s obvious the employees do not like their jobs so they probably don’t like your car or the work they do on them. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change
