If I could give zero stars I would. I came in because I got a flat tire 0.3mi away, I rolled into the lot on flat. . I had a spare tire and just needed them to simply put it on. They outright refused to put on my spare, they claimed they can only patch my damaged tire. And that they wouldn't do that for 4 hours. And if I didn't like that they can put air in my tir I can go somewhere else who will put on my spare. It's pouring rain and im holding my 13month old child as 4 adult men stand in the lobby and discuss Facebook, and eat chic-fil-a. I will be calling corporate. Service: Tires

Called to make an appointment for an inspection required by Lyft. I offered my name and number but the guy said “ just come in at 5:30 on Saturday and Ken Wylie will take care of you. I drove an hour to get there, pulled in at 5:25 and they were closed. I called. Ken answered. He refused to help me because he was “closing out the register.” He said to come back at 7:00 am Monday. This place is a joke.

They are so fast. Took an appointment which is they only one still doing that bc little rock locations are not setting appointments bc they are short staffed on mechanics to do the oil changes
