I was in an accident that affected the rear driver's side of my car. The car was towed to this shop. The original date to get my car out of the shop was two weeks out. Every week, the date was pushed back. My car was in the shop for 60 days, from December 10th to February 8th. I was extremely patient with the company about this, and the battery was dead when I finally got my car back. They did not take accountability for this, and I had to pay another $200 for a new battery. There are subwoofers installed in my car as well. They do not work since getting my car back, and I can tell the wiring has been tampered with. Horrible experience with this place. Still trying to figure out the issue with my subwoofers.

Took 2 months longer than quoted to get my car back. It was one thing after another. And then to top it off, when I got my car back, my head light didn't work. They supposedly replaced it and the whole fixture did not work. Almost a month for them to correct that.
