My Experience with Bale Collision on Cross was the worse ever. My car was kept almost 5 months. I was told at first my vehicle was in so much damage it was not fixable. My insurance agent (Nationwide) stated it could be fixed up to $15,000. Note the bill came to over $13,000. No updates was given on my vehicle. I could barely speak with Emily. When I did she never knew anything. She was RUDE. I was treated as if my car or I didn’t matter. I got my car back 3/17/23 my vehicle is not fixed. The locks on my tires were removed and not replaced. They did not replace my brakes. When I turn my wheels it make a popping sound. My wheels squeak as if I need the brakes changed. End up going to another shop had to pay for my brakes to be replaced . The wheel is still squeaking. The front line of the car is off balanced. I’m very disappointed. I contacted Emily regarding my vehicle not functioning properly. She made sure to let me know multiple times I can bring the t vehicle in but there is nothin

The service was second to none and the repairs were excellent! The vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner and was returned clean. Would definitely use Bale Collision again in the future and highly recommend their services to anyone! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
