Got ready to run errands and battery completely dead. Was fine the previous day. Thinking about the time I'll spend and aggravation it will create to figure out someone who could help me jump my vehicle (I'm retired so most people I could ask for help were working) or, worse, have to call a wrecker. Then finding an auto shop that could take care of it and when depending on how many customers would be in front of me, plus finding transportation from and back to the shop was just adding up to more irritation than I was willing to deal with. Hopped on search and found NWA Mobile Auto Services. Called and the tech came within a very resonable amount time. Stephen is professional, knowledgeable, personable, patient, and a great tech. First time I ever got to stand next to the tech figuring out the problem and ask questions. He explained everything to me which was very much appreciated. All checked out fine but something was draining the battery completely. Stephen thought for a few minutes

Stephen did an excellent job looking over a vehicle that we were interested in purchasing from a used car dealer. He took detailed notes about the condition of the car, raised the car to look underneath, and even took it for a test drive. The feedback given was honest and unbiased. He was very friendly and took the job seriously as if he were the one buying the car. We appreciate the time he took in giving us peace of mind in our purchase.

My car died the day before I was supposed to go to my grandpa's 90th birthday party. Stephen went way out of his way to get me up and running that night!
