Walmart Auto Care Centers

If i could give you 0 stars I would. We dropped a tire and rim off at 12. We was told it would be ready at 230pm. My daughter went up there at 250pm it still wasn't done. Then she was told it was another 40 minutes. All that had to be done was put a new tire on the rim. If your not going to have it ready by a certain time don't tell us it will be ready by a certain time. I also see you have several bad reviews which you have not responded to. There needs to be a change made in either have enough employees or a change in management. But the way people have to wait for hours for something simple is beyond ridiculous.

I don't mind waiting for services if the services are outstanding, however if the wait is over six hours for an oil change it may be time to hire some more technicians and fire the lazy guys standing around waiting for the clock to hit their time to go! I've been to this location many times for oil changes in the passenger decade however March 20th was not their strongest day! What's the sad part is after six hours my car had not moved from the spot I parked it six hours prior. I don't care for Walmart much; & I really don't care for it when I have to walk around that store for six hours all for nothing. Six hours wasted, six hours I could have used to volunteer or teach but now circling Walmart that is where those six hours will forever be. It is utterly & unapologetically shameful!!! New Management should be brought in and take over post haste before more customers leave and never come back!!!????????????????????????????6️⃣????????????????????????????

I was wondering if my tire came in so I can replace a tire that is going bad. The technician told me that the tire was in and one hour later then another person said they do not have that tire. So I waited for nothing.
