I went to the other competitor Gateway and that wanted 75.00 a tire to swap four tires, I had my own set. Went to Plaza for the first time, they got me in right away, changed all four for 25.00 a tire. And they give a veterans discount. I saved 200.00 dollars. Awesome service. Definitely be back.
Fast, efficient, and direct. My car was there for about 2 hours, which I expected it to be there much longer. Also, they called to tell me another issue with my car, as well as explained what exactly it was and what they needed to do to fix it.
Great customer service and a speedy process! We are from out of town and they graciously fit us in on a late Saturday afternoon. We are extremely thankful and would highly recommend them.
