I guess I should have read reviews instead of needing it done now. I bought my own lower control arms. They installed and an alignment. There was a rattle in the front before work. Was hoping the new bushings in the new controll arms would fix. It's still there slightly. But you would figure during alignment it would be seen that there is another issue. Total cost for L/R controll arms and alignment $800. They said $113hr. It was supposed to be 1.5hrs for each control arm by the labor book. Catch more flies with honey than you do with...... So here I am months later and needing tires rotated. Took to Walmart for oil change, rotate and balance. THEY CANT GET THE LUG NUTS OFF!!! So Jonesboro Alignment I guess just kept hammering with the impact. Tire tool couldn't get them off. Neither would an impact. So instead of having to pay someone to get the lug nuts off I did it myself. Bought lug nut remover set and breaker bar from harbor freight but that didn't work. Lug nuts to tight. Bought

Horrible place to get your routers or any alignment work here. Cannot rely on this place to have your vehicle ready for safe travels. I brought my car in to change routers and they did not place back the caliper bracket bolts in correctly they were lose and messed up my rim and they refuse to fix anything at no charge or low or even reimburse me for my scratch up rim.
