Terrible customer service, I got into a really bad car accident where someone ran a red light and t-boned me. I had to be rushed to the emergency room, so I wasn’t able to grab a lot of my belongings out of the vehicle before this tow company came and took my car, I left my keys in the ignition, which also had my house key and other keys I needed for work and as I tried to get them the following day, they tried to take advantage of the fact that I was from Louisiana and state rules and laws that weren’t actually real, saying that I can’t get my belongings until the bill was paid, or until the insurance from the other party said that they would cover the fees, I got in touch with the board of Arkansas and they stated that I was in fact able to get items from my vehicle but it was only 9 specific items. This company towed me twice in about an hour because I wasn't sure where to go since I am from out of syate . They were super nice and helpful. They got me fixed and back on the road in about 45 mins. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience was HORRIBLE with the vehicle my husband bought me & you all wouldn't allow me my work tablet out of it. Everardo Iturbide Munguia is his name he was the 'client'. You all are horrible. Over a tablet I could easily prove is mine, my name all over that car, already wrecked and lost it and you all made me lose my job over not giving me my tablet. Yep I've dealt with you all.
