Fantastic service, Jesse and TJ were extremely friendly, helpful and did a great job on my car. They were even able to pick me up and drop me off since it was a one day job. Would work with these guys on all body shop needs 100%!!

If you need auto body work, I can’t recommend this place enough. They were super helpful evaluating the issue, working with the insurance company, ordering parts and making it to where my car would be in the shop as little as possible (it was still drivable). Their shop is super clean and customer service 5 star. Even got proactive updates while it was there! I didn’t have to call to inquire like I do with my dealer. They had it finished when they said they would, another bonus! And the workmanship was excellent, looked good as new. I am in Little Rock and HIGHLY recommend Reverse Collision! Reverse collision is the best! I’m new to the area and didn’t know who I could trust to take my car to, but I knew Brianna and TJ and that they’re good people, and they did an incredible job. They were super flexible when scheduling, communicated very well, and went above and beyond in so many different ways! They even replaced the battery in my car key for me when they noticed it was dead! You can tell they truly care about their customers and want to help them. I’d recommend them to anyone a hundred times over.
