McKinney Tire Pros

Can’t say enough about this shop. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always provide great communication. And I have a high mileage vehicle and lately have been there more than I would like. Numerous times they have proven to be the cheapest in town not just on tires but on service and maintenance work, provide free diagnosis and often I get my car back in the same day, granted I bring it in early enough. I won’t ever take any of my vehicles to another shop if I can help it. *update* After multiple issues I’ve had in the past year or two from this shop I cannot recommend it anymore. I drive a company car for work and have been taking it to Mckinney from the beginning for routine oil change, tire rotation, etc when the company notifies me it’s time, and every time I have brought it in they act like they’re not able to service it because it’s a fleet company, and I have to remind them every time that they’ve done it before and then they act inconvenienced by it. the most recent time I

They were very friendly and customer oriented. They fixed my tire super quick and had me ready to go. They didn't try to over charge me like some of the other shops will and that great. I will definitely go back and I recommend their service center. Two thumbs up.

Every time I've been there they've been slammed busy and I've thought "This is going to take forever", but i have always been incredibly surprised at how quickly they get the job done. The gentlemen at the desk are some of the friendliest staff and extremely helpful. Much more so than Firestone or any other car shop I've ever worked with. I will continue to go back for all my Tire needs!
