Worst experience of my life! Steer clear! Quoted too much, then when I went to pick up since I denied service they surprised me with a 108$ diagnoses bill. I was never told about this or signed anything prior. They argued with me and when I told them to bill me(like every other business in the world) they told me they only take cash. The service member tried to guilt trip me and wind up giving me my keys anyway because surprise.... my car was disabled. Would not work at all. I went back to the service member and yelled about my car not working to which he responded well if you paid your diagnoses I can help you. I let him know he is a criminal and I would let every person online know about this experience. I told him to call the police so we can get a proper police report to which he asked me to leave saying I am trespassing. I spoke with the police and they felt a remedy would be to arrive and pay and they would ensure to take a report and make sure I wouldn't be trespassing. The serv

Great service. They stand behind their work. I had an alignment done at H.I.S a couple months ago. I noticed some premature tire wear after the alignment was done. I called H.I.S back and they checked it again for no charge. I haven’t had any problems with it since. I’ve used them multiple times and will be using them again. Fair pricing and quality work.
