Highly recommend. The guys at Norm the Tire Man were great- truly helped me- identified my tire problem- fixed it fast, charged less than I expected. No tip jar here- but I tipped them anyway. Comfortable waiting. Super example of a well run biz. I’ll be back.
Terrific experience all around, from online quote to completed job. I had four tires replaced and even after a FCFS appointment, I was in and out in a little over an hour. I will definitely recommend Norm to friends and family. Kind, courteous staff. Clean location.
Admittedly, it was a bad weather kind of day, and they weren’t super busy, but they replaced 2 of my tires in about 30 minutes. I was really impressed! I always get good, HONEST, friendly service from the guys at Norms.
