Everything about my experience here would make me never want to go anywhere else. Frank was on point with my needs. I did not have to wait. He responded immediately to everything and I asked him needed. Dana in finance as well was just fantastic on the ball quick and super friendly these two together made a fantastic experience all together.
The service advisor, Jay did an outstanding job. He greeted me when I arrived at the dealership this morning and he also informed me when my car repair was finished. He was also thoughtful. We have worked with Mario in service many times. We had some bad luck with difficult to balance tires and then a road damaged tire over the past few months. Mario went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It is also nice that he knows us by name and knows the service history of our vehicle. That makes it very easy to work with them.
