Customer service to the sky! I am out of state passing through and my transmission quit on me. Luckily it was right out front, and a GMC dealer was across the street. I went to the dealer first (because the warranty company wanted me to) but they couldn’t help me for four days, Skyland took me in immediately. It was going to take a few days to get a transmission delivered (not the shops fault) so I spent some time hanging around. I noticed that the mechanics know what they are doing (ex. following torque patterns), providing you with a more safe and reliable car. They had a Mercedes in there too which tells me they are very experienced. We all know it takes a special, talented person to work on a Benz. I also took notice of the detailer pulling out seats and carpet to clean, performing an in-depth clean, the right way. Needless to say the car turns out next to new when finished.
