I have been a customer for approx. 3 years and have excellent work done at PITTS. Techs are great and repairs are top notch. Shop is clean and not noisy. I stopped by and asked for a quote to service the trans on my 2016 Ford Super Duty F250 which Pitts knows is a 4X4. I was given a quoted price and even questioned this price 3 times. I returned in a week. Work started then the price went up another $274 with the excuse that they failed to price the 4X4 price. Their mistake, my $$ spent

I bought a new Toyota 4 runner in 2021, from day one I have been using Pitts for all the maintenance. The staff is great, friendly and KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Pricing is fair, and do the work quickly. My father uses Pitts for his cars and we also take my wife's Honda there also. Can not recommend them enough! Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Pitts Auto solved my AC problem. I have now driven the car almost 200 miles, and the AC is working well. It took some time and patience on both our parts; I appreciate the spirit of cooperation of Pitts and their personnel. They were so accommodating and pleasant.
