Pep Boys is fast, friendly, and convenient! I make an appointment online, bring my car, and they have me out in less than an hour. Their prices are reasonable, too!

I had a slow leak in my tire. When by there to get it checked. Service was prompt. Had me going in small amount of time. Thanks! Even on a holiday!

Two and a half stars would be more accurate. They set my appointment for noon, and they didn’t even touch my car until one. It was nearly two before I got out of there. I don’t have the luxury of leaving my vehicle for them to service at their leisure, so I had to wait two hours for a 15 minute job, 20 at the most. I understand they have others in line before me, but there was no one in the lobby waiting (these were all drop offs), so it seems they would take care of the customers waiting on their vehicles first. Or at the very least, have a technician specifically for those waiting. The wait time was just one issue. The young lady up front was nice, for the most part, but but she seemed like she’d rather be anywhere but at work and taking time to check on how much longer I would be waiting was obviously an irritant she could do without. And since I’m on a roll, the place could stand to be cleaned a little. Food bits were all over the lobby floor, and there were plenty of cobwebs and d
