Never like to have body work done but Landmark is definately the best. Shane always takes great care of us. Highly recommend them.
This has been the most positive experience I’ve ever had at a body shop. The manager helped me with my issue within 15 minutes at no cost. The staff was friendly, concerned with what they could do to help, and made it their responsibility to do their jobs. I am so impressed and would recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair.
We can't say enough about how wonderful Landmark Collision Center is to work with. We live in CA and our daughter is a student at University of Alabama. Unfortunately, she has had two incidences where her car has needed repair. Being so far away, and not familiar with the area, we trusted reviews and went with Landmark to repair her new car. They were so wonderful to her and had great communication with us here in CA. Knowing her car was in good hands, and so kind every time we called or she went in. Hoping we don't need them again, but so appreciative of all that they did for us- the car looks amazing and their kindness even more appreciated- thank you!
