Rolling into T-town for bama homecoming wknd Chicago concert, blew cat. converter while pulling RV. Got it to him at 9:20am, he called at 4 said it's ready. They took care of an out of towner and highly recommended get motor and transmission mounts replaced. I will. Trust me. They're good people, honest and straight forward. Need exhaust work in the area, definitely use Jimmy's.

Having my truck fixed for only $600 at Jimmy's Muffler shop for a problem that a dealership attempted to charge me $4,200, has confirmed that major dealerships lie to simply steal your money. I walked in, explained my issue with my truck, they checked it and informed me that whatever the dealership said was not true to any extent whatsoever. I still had my truck worked on based off their recommendation for other reasons, and I instantly saw an overall improvement in the performance of my truck once I drove off. All in all, I saved 3,600 dollars by going to Jimmy's. This experience has taught me to always, ALWAYS, get a second opinion before caving to a dealership's asking price for repairs. I got quotes from two other places for a problem I had with my car. One quote was $1,600, and the other was $1,200. I took my car to Jimmys Muffler shop, the problem was fixed and I only spent $200! I am so thankful for the quality work that was done and the price I paid!!!! My car warranty had expired, and the dealership was trying to force me to buy parts I didn't even need, but Jimmy's Muffler Shop came through!! 10 stars!!!
