We found this Express Oil change through our AAA membership. My car broke down in Tuscaloosa and the people here were incredible. John is the one who helped me and was considerate, kind, and finished the work faster than expected. Not being from the state, I felt very taken care of there- wonderful customer service. I had the best experience ever at this repair shop! John went above and beyond to help me out and was so, so nice and helpful. My battery went out and he told me to get it towed over to him and that he would check it out same-day. Generously picked up a new battery for me and got everything fixed in such a timely manner.
