**edit : i was contacted by the owner and i really appreciate him reaching out to solve my problems. it was reassuring to know i was being heard. thank you! honestly wasn’t expecting to wait 3 hours seeing as there wasn’t many people ahead of me. i was also told two different prices upon paying which was double what i was told. it was really annoying seeing people come in after me get their car serviced and leave before i could seeing as we got the same services. They left the air filter out again. The first time my husband noticed and we went right back. They fixed it. This this I drove it for 3000 miles. I took it somewhere else because it was running badly. Obviously we used them because they had cheap oil changed but it’s not cheap if they mess up your car.
