We've been taking our cars to Midsouth ever since it re-opened in Oct. 2017, under new ownership. We had previously gone to various franchises in Columbus, but never felt completely comfortable that we could trust them. At Midsouth Automotive, we know that our vehicles are maintained and repaired with expertise and care, that they are not selling us anything that we do not need, and that their fees are fair. We no longer have any doubts about whether we were taken advantage of, or whether we were overcharged. Doing business with Midsouth Automotive is a very positive experience and we highly recommend them to everyone.
