Worst experience. Will not be returning. Made an appointment two days in advance to buy four new tires. Called to make sure the service could be performed same day and the tires were actually available. Got a yes to both. Took the car in an hour early to drop it off and got told that they would have to keep it overnight. I reminded the attendant that I called and got confirmed that it could be delivered same day. Got another call around 4:30 pm telling me they only have three of the tires that I ordered. They wanted to put those three on and have me come back to get the other installed. I said no. They put a different tires on the front drivers side. This made the car drive funny all week. When I came to pick up the car, they could not accept payment because the system had been shut down. I drive 100 miles a day. I told them I would be back in 5 days for the other tire. This means the three tires will have 500 miles on them and the other will be new. Uneven wear. George was exceptional! He kept me informed my whole visit. A simple tire rotation led to a two nail discovery. The tire was not salvageable, but was covered under my Road Hazard Protection that I had purchased with the tires. The team at Firestone did an excellent job. Thank you!

I was traveling with my wife and 2 young children (6 and 7), when we broke down with a failed water pump on the side of Highway 65, headed from Florida back to Indiana. This was the Saturday to end our spring break, and the day before Easter Sunday. George was courteous on the phone and when he heard of the predicament we were in, he told me he would get our vehicle right in and advise us from there. As promised, our van was the next vehicle to come in the door, and was diagnosed quickly and accurately. George presented me with the estimate, and said they should be able to have it done by end of business that day. At this point my family and I were 9 hours from home and had no transportation. George helped my try and acquire a rental to get us home, he even gave me a ride in his personal truck to the rental car agency, then he came back to pick me up when the rental agency wanted to charge me $1200 to rent a small SUV for the day.
