Walmart Auto Care Centers

Horrible. Had to wait 4 and 1/2 hours just to get an oil change. Guy in the shop said it would be 2 hour wait. It was after 6 pm after we left. I looked at the diagnostic sheet after we had left. Customer arrival time 2:38p.m. service completed time 3:53 pm. We waited in the tire service area for over an hour! At 6p.m. the lady at the counter asked for our name and said it wasn't in the system. Of course it wasn't. Our oil change had been finished 2 hours earlier. Another lady from the shop came in and found our diagnostic sheet. First lady couldn't find it. Even though the ladies were very friendly this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We repeatedly checked in on our vehicle and were told the paperwork hadn't been turned in for two hours after our service had been finished. My husband weven went into the shop area and was told our vehicle wasn't done yet. Never using this tire service again and will be warning everyone I know. As I was finally leaving others in

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Got there at 7 to get a tire changed. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up and it was going to be another 2 hours before they could open.

I had the worst experience ever. I felt discriminated since were Hispanic...We wanted to get new tires since ours were pretty bad. We’re traveling from Texas. We drove like 30 minutes to this place to not get nothing done. The guy in the auto center was like laughing in our face. They were finding any excuse to not do anything. And at the end we had to leave, risking us driving back to the hotel with very bad tires about to pop.
