Always have been a friendly place and not just because of the location. The guys in the shop are cool and will help with any vehicle problem other than rebuilding transmissions. So, give them a call if you ever in the Oxford, AL area!!!
We used them when we first moved down here about 20 years ago. (Around that????) haven’t been back in a while due to purchased vehicles having warranty and all that. Recently carried a friends vehicle there. She had already spent $1,600 at a dealership and it still wasn’t right. Several trips. We suggested & took it to friendship. Of course, they pinpointed it. Needless to say, she returned to the dealership with invoice in hand. Dealership charged her even though it pertained to the same issues. Had a meeting with the service manager. We’ll see if they do the right thing. Bet she has a new mechanic ???? Thank Friendship..
