It should not take 3 hours for a sine oil change with an apt . . . After sitting here 3 hours have heard it's not just today but every day . . . No one ever answers the phone and always takes weeks to get an apt

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an appointment to bring in my vehicle. Told the man over the phone I needed a fuel treatment done. He said he would do it but that he also wanted to do I diagnostic on it as well. I told him the check engine light wasn’t on and he said that was fine he still wanted to run the diagnostic. Take it in on the day I scheduled to bring it and talk to a different person. Tell them what I was doing. Get asked what the issue is. Told him why I brought it in. Said they couldn’t work on it if the check engine light wasn’t on. Said it could be the transmission. Said that I probably just needed to take it to the dealership and let them work on it. Said he didn’t want to waste time working on it. I said excuse me? He said again that he didn’t want to waste their time or mine that I needed to go to the dealership because they manufacture the car. I guess they don’t like getting paid.

I have an Audi and I'd taken it to Mavis to have tires rotated and balanced...twice. I was told they'd been balanced and that something else was causing the shaking. I was very skeptical bc although I'm not a mechanic nor a male I've had cars with imbalanced tires before and it is exactly what it felt like. Took it to Firestone to have a once over on previous services...turns out ALL 4 WERE NOT BALANCED!!! THANK YOU FIRESTONE FOR ACTUALLY BALANCING MY TIRES!! They were very understanding and very pleasant to work with. The new manager was awesome! They all were! Thanks yall!
