When I dropped my car off for an oil change I told Phil that my car shakes when I apply the brakes while going down hills. He told me that it could be the rotors and pads and that he’d check them. I was impressed that he knew what the problem was just from me describing the problem. But I was more impressed that he actually came to my place of employment to tell me what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He said that the new rotors and pads on the front would fix 90% of the shaking because I also need the back ones done. I chose to wait to do the back because this one was already an unexpected expense. He didn’t try to push me into having the back done that day but instead told me to bring it in later. Plus he offered to take me to work AND drop my car off when it was done. So thank you Phil for being so knowledgeable, professional and considerate of your customers. I definitely appreciated it. The customer service at this Express Oil Change was amazing, specifically speaking of Phil! My Car needed brakes and rotors replaced really bad. So, I called first because my car is foriegn and tends to need special parts. Anywho, Phil was so patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He even went above and beyond by ordering (2) parts in order to make sure if one thing didn't work, the other would. He even did a follow-up call to let me know the parts had been ordered. Not to mention, when I finally dropped it off, I thought it'd take forever but it was finished much quicker than anticipated, thank goodness! He even provided me with discounts which he clearly didn't have to do but I'm so thankful he did. My car drives amazing now and my pocket isn't left with a hole!
