"Not competent or honest" I went in to find a serious problem with my 2000 mustang v6. I had asked them for a diagnostic scan to find out what it was. We waited for about an hour and a half and I became frustrated. When I asked what the progress was they shuffled around and said the person who started the scan went to lunch.. They finally came out with a paper with "B.S. Scan" on it.. (hmm).. They listed some basic DTC codes (the kind you get at Autozone for free) and said I needed a fuel pump and figured I would let them do that.. no no no... I just paid them the $60 for nothing.. I've replaced a few parts like the EGR valve and Mass Air Flow sensor and it's running better now.. still not perfect though.. but I've been here to B'ham a few times and it's definitely not the fuel pump! A real scan with datalogging would have found the problem. If you are the type that says, "Just do whatever it needs" then this place is for you.. You must have a job that pays very well... My advice.. DON

I dropped my car off to have the starter replaced. I had a prior diagnostic at auto zone. Auto zone told me my battery was good, but starter was bad. When Cobb auto motive called to tell me car was fixed, NOTHING was mentioned about a battery. He simply said the car was fixed and ready. I picked it up and drove home. I looked at invoice. It said "replaced battery". My battery was good. Cobb Automotive performed the wrong service, didn't inform me of their change of repair. They charged me $210 for a battery and $62 to change it out! They took advantage of s female . Do not use this service. They are fraudulent and misleading with their services.

Please don't get any transmission work done on your car by these guy's.they claim to be certified, but I don't know how????. My transmission was leaking fluid@ when I put it in reverse, it wouldn't go up a hill. Took the car to them, they said I needed a rebuilt Trans.I paid them$2000 cash.when I got it back for a few days,I had to take it back for Trans.leak@not shifting correctly.the 1two shift. Tomorrow will be my 4th time taking it back for the same 2 problems.I got this Trans.Job in April. Maybe this Review will get their attention.
