This is the best auto shop in the Opelika/Auburn area. They have been here for years. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The mechanics do a great job with repairs and their prices are fair. They will bend over backwards to make your vehicle right.

I’d like to thank the staff of Grady’s Tire and Auto for being of great assistance to my daughter and her family while they were traveling for vacation. They had a blowout while traveling from Mississippi, and when calling around, no shop seemed willing to help on a late Friday afternoon. The young lady who answered the phone at Grady’s was very kind and helpful, assuring me that her business had a tire and would be able to get them back on the road for the weekend. A good samaritan helped my daughter take the tire to Grady’s, and they had it on the wheel in under 20 minutes. The staff were all very friendly while they waited, offering water and even ice cream! They were back on the road in under two hours total and able to continue their journey without incident. Excellent customer service folks! A++
