Only stopped to see if someone could check the air pressure in my tires. Gentleman who greeted me inside was very pleasant. He advised me to pull up to the first bay and someone would do it for me. Based on this minimal experience, I would probably do additional business with them.

GREAT service!! We were on our way to Florida when our F150 had other plans. The team at Firestone jumped right in and worked on it until it was fixed. Even stayed after closing to ensure we were all set. They made a stressful day so much better!

I had an appointment for a brake fluid flush and tire balancing. When I returned later that day, I was told there was no charge. Because that couldn't do anything. They said my tires were of different brands, so they could not balance the wheels. And they could not do the brake flush because the brake pedal went to the almost to the floor. In the end, they didn't even offer possible remedies or repairs as if they didn't want my business. I won't ever be returning to them again.
