Took my Toyota Camry to be fixed and was a little disappointed that my issue has not been resolved when I picked it up. When I returned, I spoke with the owner's son and he assured me that they would resolve the issue. It is very rare these days to find a repair shop that actually is honest and desires to please their clients. Mr Charles and his son worked extensively on my car to resolve my issues. I was so pleased by Mr Charles, his continuous communication with me on their progress. Each time we spoke, he was so sincere and ensured I understood every step they were taking. They repaired my car and I could not be more pleased. God truly guided me to their location and I am so glad he did! Service: Auto maintenance
