I didn’t have an appointment but was able to get it at 4:55 for an oil change and tire rotation and be back out before 6pm.
I went to get some tires installed because I really needed some. Caitlyn was very attentive and got exactly what I needed. She answered any questions I had and I'd definitely go back because of the awesome service provided to me. They didn't have the tire size I needed but were able to get them quickly and put them on when promised. The customer service I received was second to none and I will definitely return for any other automotive needs.
Took truck here because the heater wasn't working. They had my truck for 8 days and still didn't fix the problem. Finally had to just tell them I was coming to get truck and they said that will work. Absolutely horrible service. Never once called me...I had to call multiple times for updates. If I could leave zero stars I would. Just terrible.
