Pep Boys

They were wonderful! They were able to get us back on the road the same day since we were passing through on a road trip to South Carolina! Thank you, guys!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told my car would be ready the next day. At the end of the day I called and they told me it would be ready the next day. No one bothered to call and let me know anything. The next day same thing. They finally get it ready after 3 days, call and tell me to come pick it up. When I get there the tech is "test" driving my car. He returns almost an hour later. Obviously out running errands in my car. The car smelled horrible and was dirty. You could not pay me to go to another Pep Boys.

I had a flat tire on the rear passenger side and this nice couple had an air pump and put enough air in the tire to get me to the nearest auto place, which happened to be Pep Boys. Walter, the manager and his crew got it done! Walter was so helpful by helping me save on tires and as a result, I bought four new tires!
