My work truck was in the shop for 9 months needing a new steering column because the gear shift had broken off. After about 5 months, I went ahead and paid them, hoping it would help kickstart the repair process. It didn't matter, my truck still sat in their parking lot. We'd call and get an update at least once a month. A few times it seemed like they had found the part they were looking for, but nothing ever came of it. We finally just got tired of nothing happening with it and went and got the truck out of the shop. Unfortunately, the glass was busted out of one of the back doors and there was obvious tampering with one of the storage doors on the outside of the shell that covers the bed of the truck, but luckily they weren't able to get into it. They were very understanding, though, about our situation and reimbursed us for the payment we had already made without any issues. They gave us a jump because the battery was dead, of course, and made sure everything was okay for us to dri

Fantastic service and refreshingly honest. They were patient enough to diagnose a complex issue with my 2020 Ram that Stivers could not figure out. Every member of the team that I interacted with was professional and courteous. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
