Great experience. Another local body shop told me they couldn't even start repairs for 6 mos. Jack Ingram was finished in less than one month. Jennifer and Lance were a pleasure to work with. Lance was even kind enough to pick me up when I returned my rental on the way to pick up my repaired car. Highly recommend. Service: Body & Trim
Superficial / minor repair which was originally estimated to be $1500 and 5-8 days. But, they had my car for over 3 weeks. Poor / communication about delays (they never called me to alert about any issue- I always was the one calling to check on the car.) A missing replacement part wasn’t noticed until 14+ days into the repair, causing yet another delay. Cost ended up with additional >$1000 charges I thought utilizing the OEM dealership was a wise choice - will not use them again. Service: Body & Trim
