Firestone Complete Auto Care

I wish I could leave a negative one on 2 occasions. I have had money stolen out of my car . I approached the management, and they acted like they didn't care . Word to the wise don't leave anything in the car with those criminals working on your car . I'm calling corporate first thing Monday morning to file a report .

I went to Firestone to get my tires rotated. I was told that they couldn’t get to it Tuesday or Wednesday, I was asked to bring it back Friday at 11:00 am, I arrived at 10:30 to make sure I am not late. I sat there and observed three other men came in and said they have an appointment. One of the guys we’re driving a BMW in which they took him in instance. I continued to sit and watch, them waiting on their male friends. After about 1 and half hour I asked them to give me my keys. I am not a male patron and I don’t know them like that but I am just as important. Nor do I drive a BMW, I am just as important driving my Chrysler.

One of the staff members was so unprofessional and rude for no reason. He was so loud to the point where everyone in the shop could hear him. I wasn’t aware of new protocols and instead of him explaining to me what they were, he just refused to complete my transaction. I was glad Latoya stepped in and assisted me. I had been waiting on my car for almost 4 hours even though I had an appointment. They didn’t even do all the services I had requested. It’s mind blowing because this same person has assisted me previous time w/o any problems. I didn’t appreciate what happened and I will not be returning to this location.
