Let me start off by saying I have use this place a few times and haven't had an issue with them until now. Well there was this time they didn’t do my oil change correctly because my truck leaked oil but they corrected it when I went back. However this go round was awful thanks to Casey the manager there. I purchased a 2yr warranty battery from them last year Jan 2021 sometime. My truck stopped on me and so I called for roadside assistance and they checked my alternator and it was good, but my battery was bad. I took my truck to gmc and they explained that I had a bad cell in the battery. So I decide to take it back to where I purchased the battery and the manager Casey refuse to replace my battery. I went back and forth explaining to him that it was the battery. I even told him what gmc explained to me and he still refused helping me. He informed me it could be a wiring I told him it was not and he got upset and angry with me that he refuse to resolve my problem and gave me my keys and

Fantastic experience as Casey and Drew ordered my tires before they even were open. I arrived early and my tires were sitting in front of the store. They had me ready in one hour. Just a great experience.

Called 10:00 am on Saturday with need for three, 14 ply trailer tires. They gathered the tires from there various locations and I had the mounted and balanced tires in my truck by 1:30 pm. Very impressive for specialized type tires!
