Chico's Auto Pros

I called and received a quote from this company 4 days ago to install a ladder rack on my truck and they gave me a price from $50-75 and said to bring it by any time and I called back to see if today was a good day to bring it in for this service and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to do that and even if they did that kind of work it would be 3 weeks before any free time… I don’t know about you but what business does that??

My little Lexus got in a scuffle with a light pole at Home Depot, due to no fault of her own. I went to three body shops before I remembered Chicos. Not only were they less than half of the other repair quotes they got her out in a week vs 2-3 weeks as quoted by others. The job they did was remarkable! Such high quality AND they detailed her inside and out! I mean she is gleaming❣️❣️❣️Chico and Rodney Wilkerson are the epitome of professionalism and courtesy! I will. I’m not usually one to leave a review but I am so impressed with the work done by Chico’s. I’m by no means a car person and have been previously burned by auto shops who have taken advantage of my ignorance regarding repairs. Jason Perrett went above and beyond to insure I was aware of what repairs were happening, at what cost, and the time it would take. His professionalism and kindness exceeded any expectation I could have ever imagined from any business, especially considering just how in demand they are. I cannot thank him enough for stopping his busy day to take time to walk me through the process and help me communicate effectively with my insurance. Repairs to my car were done well, on time, and I got my car back looking absolutely perfect. I am so thankful for the team at Chicos and cannot recommend them enough. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
