Anybody looking to get their vehicle damage repaired from minor dents and dings to major collisions, there is no better place than Caliber Collision. The customer service will do their best to insure that your vehicle is as good as if not better than it came off the showroom. Get them a call and you will not be dissatisfied.
My vehicle needed cosmetic repair only, so this review is about paint and body work quality. Didn’t put screws in completely, leaving a quarter to a half inch of thread showing. Left tape in the windshield and the wheels. Trash in the paint job. Not great, not terrible. Much better than Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, though. Overall, they did OK. However, they left problems that could’ve easily been corrected by just looking at the car; That makes me concerned about what other hidden issues they left. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Excellent service and communication. They dealt directly with my insurance so all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up. It was vacuumed and cleaned when I picked it up which I loved too! Stacy was awesome! Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim
