I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The manager was very rude and nonchalant. My car has been getting repaired for a whole month. The first time it got fixed I had to take it back the following week. They put a whole in a brand new water pump. If you tell me that I’m good to go and I get in my car and leave not less than 10 minutes later I have to be picked up by your tow truck doesn’t sit well with me. I get in the tow truck and you the driver to take me to the location across town. I asked for higher management and they told me there wasn’t any. I asked to speak with the owner I was told he doesn’t interact with customers. Those are two sisters that DO NOT NEED TO BE N THE POSITION’S THAT THEY ARE!!!! I have put out so much money in the last few weeks it’s just ridiculous. My car caught fire under the hood and you tell me the the mechanic poured water on it and it’ll be ok. Like really what part of that statement sounds ok

Took my car in to get a large screw removed from the tire and an oil change. After I picked the car back up I realized the screw was still in the tire (it was extremely visible) so I took it back to be fixed immediately and they promptly pulled the car around to fix the tire. It was only a few minutes before they said it was ready to go so I drove it back home only to find out the plug had popped out. I'm not taking it back a third time. I've had nothing but great experiences in the past but this was completely unacceptable.

I needed to get a flat repaired and this place was great and cheap! I spoke with Anna on the phone, and she was able to get me in right away (around 8-9 AM on a Sunday morning). The mechanics there seemed proficient and knowledgeable and had me in and out in under an hour. It was only $53 to replace the tire and had I had more time I probably would've entertained replacing the other three. It's a small shop and not a chain like Firestone so I feel like that's how they remain competitive. Definitely recommend!!!
