Poor customer service, of all things the manager isn't able to clearly communicate questions regarding the products they sell. Buddy told me to take my business somewhere else. Of course afterwards I had some encouraging words of chastisement.

I feel it is an excellent place to get your car serviced or repaired. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. I do not believe they will ever rip anyone off or make a situation where you have to return your car again. I 1000% trust them.... I had my oil and filter replaced last Monday and they also replaced my front brake pads and adjusted the parking brake. They do excellent work in a timely manner and it is extremely important to me to completely trust whoever is working on my car and I do trust them. It feels good to have brakes working like new!! I highly recommend Auto Save Tire & Auto. I did not mention today is August the 19th. March 05, 2020 I had them flush and fill the cooling system on my car. Once again I 1000% trust them. It is something one notices any improvement in performance but it is a TREMENDOUS comfort of mind knowing the cooling system is clean, operating at full potential and it is ready for another brutal Southeastern Summer! It costs more than I prefer
