Pep Boys

Appointments, at least at this Madison location, are pointless. When I got to the store I told them I would wait for my car in their waiting area. They took the car into the shop 1-1/2 hour later than my appointment time. I booked the service through Amazon at tire purchase time and that information was never transferred to the store based on the info provided by the service advisor, even though Pepboys did confirm my appointment via email. So good thing I called the day before arriving there so I could check, and ended up then booking a new service appointment. In addition to the four tire installation and balancing I requested, I also asked for 4 wheel alignment and when the car was given back to me they told me that they didn't do it because ”the alignment guy left early”. So I had to make another appointment with a different car service center to have my car alignment done. On top of that, my car, which was spotless when I arrived at the shop, was given back to me filthy. The door

I went in thinking I had a basic brake job and that’s the least of what I had. Chris & Adam assured me they were doing what they could to find the parts I needed to get the job done. I was working on my end and heard the part is on back order and we aren’t sure when it’ll be available. It only took a week and they called to let me know my car was ready. The best service I’ve ever received when it came to getting my car serviced. I’ll definitely only be using this pep boys from now on.

Great service, for coming in on Sunday last minute service was quick. Quick and friendly. Great customer service provided by Moe. She was extremely sweet, honest and a pleasant person to do service with.
